Terms

• The booking period is a minimum of two nights.
• Exceptions to the above by arrangement.
• Prices include 1 x p/w bed linen, 2 x p/w clean towels, kitchen linen, gas, water and electricity. In the colder period, the cost of firewood is passed on. Cost per basket of firewood €7.50.
• Prices are for an occupancy of 2 or 4 persons;  possibly a 1 bed extra for apartment Luna € 7.50 per night.
• Your accommodation is generally available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure.  Much is possible by mutual agreement. 
• No pets allowed.
• We cannot be held responsible for damage, loss and/or theft of/to your property. Using and entering the apartments, pool, playground and estate, is the responsibility of the visitor. 
• Should you intentionally destroy or damage property belonging to Casa Inglesa Roosa during your stay, you will be charged a fee.
• Upon receipt of the reservation, we will send you confirmation with payment details by email. Your reservation is final after deposit of 30% of the rental price. The remaining amount must be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival, or cash on the day of arrival by arrangement. 

Cancellations

The deposit is non-refundable, 24 hours after confirmation of your booking. If you have paid the full amount and are unfortunately forced to cancel, we will refund a portion of the rental amount according to the graduated scale below. We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.

• Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival 50% return
• Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival 25% return
• Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival 0%
